Marcia O’Leary – Founder of The Keya Foundation Inc. Marcia resides on a ranch on the Cheyenne River Reservation in South Dakota. She has raised four beautiful children and is the Manager of Missouri Breaks Research Institution which focuses on health care statistics on reservations throughout the area.
Justine Kougl – Director of The Keya Foundation. Justine is from the Timber Lake, SD area and brings a diverse background of community service, grant writing, and management skills to The Foundation. She has two children and is currently residing on the Crow Reservation near Lodge Grass Montana where the family operates a ranch.

Blaine O’Leary – President of the Board of Directors for The Keya Foundation. Timber Lake area is where Blaine calls home where he is a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. He is the Manager of Durable Medical Equipment providing service to several reservations in South Dakota. He has two children and is also involved in ranching.
Marie Gross – Vice President of the Board of Directors for The Keya Foundation. Marie is a research nurse out of Timber Lake, SD who focuses on Morbidity and Mortality studies. She has 4 children and also serves on many community organizations boards in the area. She is a Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal Member.
Veronica Handeland – Board of Directors for The Keya Foundation Board. Veronica is an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and resides on the Yankton Sioux Reservatio. She works for the Diabetes Prevention Program at the Wagner Indian Health Service. Her husband and her have two young daughters and enjoy spending time outdoors.
Monica Lawrence – Board of Directors for The Keya Foundation. She is a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Monica works as a United States Probation Officer and is also a rancher, mother, grandmother and highly involved in the community.
Laurie Bickel – Board of Directors for The Keya Foundation. Laurie resides outside of Timber Lake, SD and works as a Registered Nurse at the Tiospaye Topa school in LaPlante, SD. Laurie is the mother of four children and also enjoys participating in community events.
